Welcome to SMM Reportly — the complete guide

New here? This topic explains every part of the site, page by page: how complaints work, how the Panel Rank is calculated, what the badges mean, how the forum is organised and what Premium does. If your question isn't answered below, reply to this topic or open a ticket at Support.

In short: SMM Reportly is an independent community platform for the SMM panel industry. Users file complaints about panels, panels answer and resolve them in public, and every panel gets a Trust Score based on how well it resolves its complaints. Browsing is always free and open to everyone.

1. Complaints

The Complaints page lists every public complaint, newest first. Each complaint shows the panel, the category, the status and the full conversation between the customer and the panel.

How to file a complaint
  1. Create a free account and sign in.
  2. Click "File a complaint" and enter the panel's domain (if the panel isn't listed yet, it is added automatically).
  3. Choose a category: No delivery, Partial delivery, No refill, No support, Payment issue, Scam suspicion or Other.
  4. Write a clear title and describe what happened. Adding your order ID and the amount (USD) helps the panel find your order quickly.
  5. Attach at least one screenshot as evidence (PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 5 files, 10 MB each).

What happens next
  • Pending review: a moderator checks every complaint before it goes public. Only you can see it at this stage.
  • Open: the complaint is public. If the panel has claimed its listing, the owner is notified by email and can reply under your complaint.
  • Resolution requested: the panel says the problem is fixed and asks you to confirm.
  • Resolved: you confirmed the fix (or a moderator decided after reviewing both sides).

Complaints — frequently asked questions

Q: Do I need an account to file a complaint?
A: Yes. A free account is required so complaints come from real customers. Reading complaints doesn't require an account.

Q: Why isn't my complaint visible yet?
A: Every complaint is reviewed by a moderator first. Complaints without evidence, duplicates and reports that aren't about a real order are rejected.

Q: Why is a screenshot required?
A: Evidence keeps the list fair for both sides. An order screen, a payment receipt or the support conversation is enough. Hide personal data you don't want to share.

Q: How many complaints can I file?
A: Up to 5 complaints per 24 hours, and one complaint about the same panel every 7 days. If you have several orders with the same problem, put them in one complaint.

Q: The panel fixed my problem. What do I do?
A: Open your complaint and mark it as resolved. This raises the panel's Trust Score, which is the fair thing to do when a panel helps you.

Q: The panel requested resolution, but my problem isn't fixed.
A: Reply under the complaint and explain what is still missing. If you and the panel disagree, a moderator reviews the conversation and decides.

Q: Can I edit or delete my complaint?
A: The original text can't be edited after you submit it, so the record stays trustworthy. You can add information by replying under it. If you made a mistake, open a support ticket.

Q: I own the panel. How do I answer?
A: Claim your listing first (see section 4). After that you can reply to every complaint about your panel and request resolution once the issue is fixed.

Q: Is filing a complaint free?
A: Yes, always. Complaints, replies and the Trust Score can never be bought.

2. Panel Rank and the Trust Score

Panel Rank lists every panel ordered by its Trust Score. You can filter by period (all time, last 30 days, 6 months, 1 year) to see recent activity.

How the Trust Score is calculated
Every panel starts at 100%. The score depends only on how many of its public complaints are resolved:
Trust Score = (resolved + 4) / (all public complaints + 4) × 100

The "+4" is a safety cushion so that one single complaint can't destroy a new panel's score. Some examples:
  • No complaints: 100%
  • 1 unresolved complaint: 80%
  • 3 unresolved complaints: 57.1%
  • 5 unresolved complaints: 44.4%
  • 1 resolved + 1 unresolved: 83.3%

What counts and what doesn't
  • Only approved, public complaints count. Rejected or invalid complaints never affect a panel.
  • Resolving complaints is the only way to raise the score. Ignoring them lowers it.
  • Paid placements (Premium) never change the score. The ranking order can't be bought, and sponsored panels are always labelled "Sponsored".

Score bands
Excellent (80% and above), Good (60–79%), Fair (40–59%), Poor (below 40%), New (no complaints yet).

3. Scam Panels

The Scam Panels list is curated by our team. A panel is added only after we review complaints and evidence showing a clear pattern, such as taking payments without delivering and not responding. Listed panels are flagged in red everywhere on the site and can't buy any advertising. If you think a panel belongs on this list, file a complaint with evidence. A moderator reviews it.

4. Claim your listing (for panel owners)

If you run an SMM panel, claim your listing to manage it:
  1. Sign in and enter your panel's domain.
  2. Add a short note and proof that you own the panel (for example a screenshot of your admin dashboard, or a message from your panel's official support channel). Images or PDF, up to 5 files.
  3. Our team reviews the request manually. Once approved, your panel gets the Verified Panel badge and your account becomes a Verified Panel Owner.

Claimed panels can:
  • reply to complaints and request resolution,
  • receive an email for every new public complaint,
  • post in the Panel Showcase forum category,
  • buy Panel Spotlight and banner placements (Trust Score of at least 40% and not on the scam list).

5. Trust badges

Badges appear on profiles, posts and panel pages. Most are awarded automatically and are checked every few minutes. If you stop meeting the condition, ratio-based badges are removed (there is a small tolerance band so they don't flicker).

Forum rules (summary)
Share your own real experiences, stay respectful, don't spam or post the same ad in several categories, don't post fake reviews or fake complaints, and keep selling inside Buy & Sell or Panel Showcase. The full rules are on the Rules page.

7. Premium

Premium lets members and panels get more visibility. Premium placements are always labelled "Sponsored" and never affect the Trust Score or complaints.

Packages (7 / 15 / 30 days)
  • Topic Boost ($40 / $60 / $100): your topic is pinned as Sponsored at the top of its category and the main forum list. Several boosted topics rotate fairly.
  • Topic Spotlight ($60 / $95 / $160): the strongest placement for a topic. It appears highlighted on the home page and at the top of every forum list, above Topic Boosts.
  • Panel Spotlight ($50 / $80 / $130): your panel appears at the top of Panel Rank and in the home page showcase, with the Sponsored Panel badge. Only for claimed panels.
  • Banner ($50 / $90 / $150): an image banner on the home page, forum or sidebar (728×90 or 300×250). Every banner is reviewed before it goes live.
  • Premium Membership ($10 / $18 / $30): the Premium Member badge, up to 7 Panel Showcase topics per week, and a discount on every ad package.

How buying works
  1. Add balance: top up your SMM Reportly balance with cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, TRX, LTC and more) through our payment partner Cryptomus. Minimum $10. Your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.
  2. Buy a credit: choose a package and duration. The price is paid from your balance and you receive a credit.
  3. Activate it when you want: credits never expire until you use them. Go to "My credits & ads", pick the topic, panel or banner and activate it. If a banner is rejected, the credit is returned automatically.

Refunds
Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days of the top-up. Unused credits can be returned to your balance at any time. Placements that are already running can't be refunded. The details are on the Refund Policy page.

8. Your account

9. Support

General questions

Q: Is SMM Reportly connected to any SMM panel?
A: No. We are independent. Panels can claim their listing and buy clearly labelled ads, but nobody can buy a better score, hide complaints or get a complaint removed.

Q: Can a panel delete a complaint about itself?
A: No. Only moderators can reject a complaint, and only if it breaks the rules (no evidence, fake or duplicate). The panel's only way to improve its score is to resolve complaints.

Q: Is everything free?
A: Browsing, filing complaints, replying, the forum, badges and claiming a listing are all free. Only Premium visibility packages are paid.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Cryptocurrency only, through Cryptomus. We don't accept bank transfers or cards.

Q: I found a bug or have an idea for the site.
A: Reply to this topic or open a ticket in the "Bug" category. We read everything.

Welcome aboard, and thanks for helping make the SMM panel industry more transparent.
