Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy explains what personal data SMM Reportly collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we need to run the site.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password hash, optional profile details (avatar, bio, social links, signature) and, if you use it, your Google account ID.
- Content: complaints, evidence files, forum posts, messages and support tickets you send.
- Payment data: amounts, order IDs, payment status and the cryptocurrency used. Payments are processed by Cryptomus; we do not receive wallet keys or card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention and basic statistics.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show your content, process Premium purchases and balance top-ups, send service emails (verification, password reset, notifications), prevent fraud and spam, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run the service — hosting, email delivery, Google sign-in and our payment provider Cryptomus — and when the law requires it. Content you post publicly is visible to everyone.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms, and a language cookie for the translation feature. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Retention and your rights
We keep account data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting support; public complaints may be kept in anonymised form to preserve a panel's history.
