Rules & Rank

Transparent scoring and moderation rules for smmreportly.com

SMM Reportly is an independent, community-driven platform where buyers document their experiences with SMM panels and panels get a fair chance to make things right. These rules keep it balanced for everyone.

1. Filing a complaint

  • Anyone with a free account can file a complaint against a panel.
  • Every complaint must include at least one screenshot as evidence.
  • Our moderators review each complaint before it appears publicly, to filter out spam and unverifiable claims.
  • To prevent abuse, each account can file up to 5 complaints per day.

2. Resolving a complaint

  • The panel can respond and work with the buyer toward a solution.
  • The author can mark their own complaint as resolved at any time.
  • A panel owner can request resolution, which the author then confirms.
  • If the two sides disagree, our moderators make the final decision.

3. Trust Score

Every panel starts at 100. A clean record is worth a few resolved complaints, so a single complaint lowers the score gradually instead of zeroing it. Only approved complaints — open, resolution requested, or resolved — move the score:

Trust Score = (resolved + 4) ÷ (resolved + unresolved + 4) × 100
  • A brand-new panel with no approved complaints starts at 100%.
  • The Trust Score can never be bought, boosted, or removed with payment.

4. Scam list

  • Panels with clear evidence of fraud are added to a curated scam list by our moderators.
  • Listed panels are flagged in red and cannot advertise.

5. Listings & advertising

  • Panel owners can claim their listing to respond to complaints and manage their profile.
  • Eligible panels (Trust Score ≥ 40%, claimed, and not on the scam list) may buy clearly-labelled ad placements.
  • Sponsored placements and forum promotions are always labelled and never affect a Trust Score.

6. Conduct

  • Complaints must be truthful and based on your own experience.
  • No spam, harassment, or fake reports — abuse leads to removal.
