1. What SMM Reportly is

SMM Reportly is an independent community platform where users file complaints about SMM panels, follow how panels resolve them, compare panels in Panel Rank and discuss the industry in the forum. Basic use — browsing, filing complaints and posting in the forum — is free.

We do not sell social media services, followers, likes or views, and we are not a party to any deal between users and panels.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your password safe. One person may not run multiple accounts to manipulate complaints, votes or rankings.

3. Content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a licence to display it on the site. You agree not to:

• post false complaints, fake evidence or content you have no right to share;
• harass, threaten or publish private data of other people;
• post illegal content, malware, phishing links or spam;
• try to break, scrape or overload the site or bypass its security.

4. Premium packages and advertising

Premium packages are optional paid services: Services Spotlight, Spotlight Topic, Panel Showcase, Banner placements and Premium Membership. Current prices and what each package includes are listed on the Premium page. Prices are in US dollars.

You buy packages with your account balance. Each purchase gives you a credit for a fixed number of days (7, 15 or 30) that you activate on your own topic, panel or banner. Days start counting when you activate the credit. Banner ads are reviewed by our team before they go live; we may reject ads that are misleading, illegal or harmful, and a rejected banner returns the credit to your account.

Paid placements are always labelled "Sponsored". Paying never changes a panel's Trust Score, its complaints or its organic position in Panel Rank.

5. Balance and payments

You add balance by paying in cryptocurrency through our payment provider Cryptomus; we do not accept bank transfers, cards or fiat payments. Balance is a prepaid amount that can only be spent on SMM Reportly Premium packages; it is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to other users.

Payments made through Cryptomus are processed by Cryptomus under its own terms. We never receive or store your wallet keys or card details. Your balance is credited once the payment is confirmed.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Moderation and termination

We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Rules. If we close an account for fraud or abuse, unused balance may be withheld to cover chargebacks or damage. If we close an account for any other reason, we refund the unused balance.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Complaints, reviews and forum posts are the opinions of their authors. We moderate them but cannot verify every claim, and we do not guarantee any panel. The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices. Changes apply from the date they are published; credits you already bought keep the days you paid for.
