Instagram SMM Panel Guide: Followers, Likes, Views and Reels Services Explained

Instagram is the most popular platform on almost every SMM panel. It is also where buyers lose the most money to drops, fake "real followers" and services that never start. This guide explains the main Instagram services, what the labels on a panel actually mean and how to pick one that holds.
Instagram services you will find on a panel
| Service | What it does | Typical notes |
|---|---|---|
| Followers | Adds followers to a profile | Most likely to drop; prefer refill |
| Likes | Likes on a post or Reel | Cheap, usually stable |
| Reels / video views | Views on Reels and videos | Very cheap, fast |
| Story views | Views on active stories | Story must be live |
| Comments | Random or custom comments | Custom comments cost more |
| Saves, shares, reach | Engagement signals on a post | Quality varies a lot |
| Profile visits, impressions | Insights numbers | Hard to verify |
| Live viewers | Viewers on a live stream | Order shortly before going live |

What the labels mean
Panel service names are long and full of tags. The most common:
- Real / HQ / Bot: describes how the accounts look. "Real" on a panel rarely means real people. It usually means accounts with a photo and posts.
- Refill 30D / 90D / Lifetime: the panel will top up drops for that period. "Lifetime" lasts as long as the panel and the provider exist.
- Non-drop / Low drop: a promise that few followers disappear. Treat it as a hope, not a guarantee.
- Speed (e.g. 10K/day): the maximum delivery speed, not the guaranteed one.
- Start time (0-1 h): how long until delivery begins.
- Targeted (country, gender): accounts from a specific region. Costs more.
Followers: refill or no refill?
Instagram regularly removes inactive and suspicious accounts. When it does, cheap followers drop. A no-refill service at half the price can cost you more in the end.
As a rule:
- For your own or a client's main profile, choose refill 30 days or more.
- Order at a moderate speed. Very fast delivery is more likely to be removed.
- Write down the start count before you order so you can prove drops.
- Use the refill button within the refill period. Many panels ignore requests after it ends.
Likes and views
Likes and Reels views are usually cheap and stable. Views can be extremely cheap because they are easy to produce. The main things to check are start time and whether the service works on Reels, normal videos or both.
Things that make orders fail
- The profile is private. Almost every service needs a public profile.
- The link is wrong: a profile link for a post service, or a post link for a followers service.
- You changed the username while the order was running.
- You placed two orders for the same link at the same time on the same service. Most panels do not allow it and the counts get mixed.
Is it safe for my account?
Buying followers is against Instagram's terms. In practice, most accounts are not banned for it, but Instagram can remove the followers, hide the likes or limit reach. Use moderate speeds, avoid huge jumps on new accounts and never give a panel your password. A legitimate service only ever needs your public link. Read more in are SMM panels safe?.
How to choose an Instagram panel
- Shortlist panels with a good Trust Score and resolved complaints.
- Compare the same Instagram service across panels.
- Test with a small order and check the start count after a week.
- Keep screenshots. If the panel refuses a valid refill, file a complaint.
Frequently asked questions
Why did my Instagram followers drop?
Instagram removes accounts it considers fake or inactive. Low-quality followers drop the most. A refill service will top them up during the refill period.
Do I need to give my Instagram password?
No. Never. Panels only need the link to your profile or post. Anyone asking for a password is a scam.
Can I order followers for a private account?
No. Make the account public until the order completes.
What is the difference between Instagram views and impressions?
Views count video plays. Impressions count how often a post was shown. Panels sell both, but impressions are much harder to verify.
