SMM Panel Drops and Refills Explained: Non-Drop, Refill 30D and Lifetime

Follower counter going down and a refill arrow bringing it back up

"Drop" and "refill" are the two words that cause the most arguments between buyers and SMM panels. A buyer sees followers disappear, asks for a refill and the panel says the service has no refill, the period ended or the drop is "normal". Knowing exactly what these terms mean prevents most of these fights.

What is a drop?

A drop is when the number you paid for goes down after delivery. You ordered 1,000 followers, the counter reached 1,000 and a week later 700 are left. Drops happen because platforms delete fake or inactive accounts, or because the provider's accounts get limited.

Drops are most common on:

  • Instagram and TikTok followers,
  • Telegram members,
  • YouTube subscribers and views.

Likes and views on most platforms drop less.

What is a refill?

A refill is the panel's promise to top up drops for a period. If the service says Refill 30 days, the panel will add back lost followers for 30 days after the order completes.

LabelWhat it usually means
No refillNo top-up. Drops are your loss
Refill 7D / 30D / 90DTop-up for that many days
Lifetime refillTop-up as long as the service and panel exist
Auto refillThe panel tops up automatically, no request needed
Non-drop / low dropProvider claims few drops. Not a refill promise

How refills actually work

  1. The panel compares the current count with the start count plus quantity from your order.
  2. If the count is lower, it sends a refill order to the provider for the difference.
  3. Most panels refill only once per period or limit how often you can request (for example once every 24 hours).

That is why you should record the start count yourself. If you gained organic followers meanwhile, the panel may say there is no drop to refill.

Requesting a refill

  • Use the refill button on the order if there is one.
  • Otherwise open a ticket with the order ID, the link and the current count.
  • Request inside the refill period. Late requests are usually rejected.
  • Do not place a new order on the same link before the refill is done.

When "lifetime" is not lifetime

Lifetime refill ends when the provider removes the service or the panel closes. Some panels quietly change service IDs, and the old service "no longer exists". Prefer panels that keep old service IDs working and say so in their terms.

When a panel refuses a valid refill

  1. Ask support again with screenshots of the start count, the completed count and the current count.
  2. Quote the service name and the refill period shown when you ordered. A screenshot of the service list helps.
  3. If the panel still refuses, file a complaint on SMM Reportly. The owner is notified and can resolve it in public, which also affects the panel's Trust Score.

Is non-drop worth it?

Non-drop services cost more and usually drop less, but nothing is guaranteed. If you need a stable count, a service with both low drop and a long refill is the safest combination. Compare options in All Services with the refill filter.

Frequently asked questions

What is a normal drop rate?

It varies by service and platform. Cheap followers can lose a large share. Higher-quality services drop much less. Test before you order big.

Does refill cover drops after the period?

No. Once the period ends, drops are not covered.

Can I get a refund instead of a refill?

That depends on the panel's terms. Most panels offer refills, not refunds, for drops on completed orders.

Why did the panel say "no drop detected"?

The current count is still above the start count plus quantity, often because of organic growth. Keep your own records to show the actual drop.
