SMM Panel Order Status Explained: Pending, In Progress, Partial, Canceled

SMM Reportly team · November 07, 2026 · 3 min read

Order list with pending, in progress, completed and canceled badges

Every SMM panel shows a status next to your orders. The labels look simple, but each one has consequences for refunds and refills. Here is what they mean and what to do when an order does not move.

The statuses

StatusMeaningIs money refunded?
PendingOrder accepted, not yet sent to the providerNot charged back yet, can often be canceled
ProcessingSent to the provider, waiting to startNo
In progressDelivery is runningNo
CompletedThe provider reports the full quantity deliveredNo
PartialOnly part was deliveredYes, for the undelivered part
CanceledThe order was stoppedYes, the full amount to your balance
RefundedMoney returned after a problemYes

Panels use slightly different words, but these are the standard states used by most panel software.

Start count and remains

Two numbers help you understand an order:

  • Start count: the number on your link when the order started.
  • Remains: how many are still to be delivered.

A completed order should have start count plus quantity, minus small differences. If it was marked completed but the count barely moved, take a screenshot right away.

Pending for a long time

Common causes:

  1. The provider is overloaded or the service is paused.
  2. Your link is wrong or private.
  3. You have another order on the same link that is still running.

Check the link first. Then open a ticket with the order ID. If the panel lets you cancel pending orders, you can cancel and choose another service.

In progress but not moving

Some services start slowly or deliver in bursts. Check the speed in the service description. If nothing moves for much longer than the stated start time, ask support to speed up or cancel the order.

Partial: what it means for your money

A partial order was stopped before completion, often because the provider ran out of capacity or the link changed. The panel should refund the undelivered part to your balance automatically. Check that the refund matches the remains.

Canceled by the panel

Panels cancel orders when the link is invalid, the account is private, or the service is broken. You should get the full amount back to your balance. If a panel cancels orders often, that service is unreliable.

Completed but nothing delivered

This is the status that leads to the most complaints. What to do:

  1. Compare the start count with the current count.
  2. Open a ticket with the order ID, link and screenshots.
  3. Ask for a refill or refund.
  4. If the panel does not respond, file a complaint on SMM Reportly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel an order in progress?

Only if the service supports cancel. Services marked "cancel" in the panel let you stop and get a refund for the remains.

Why was my order marked partial?

The provider could not deliver the full quantity. You should receive a refund for the part that was not delivered.

How long should an order stay pending?

Most orders start within minutes to a few hours. Check the start time in the service description.

Does a refund go to my card?

Usually not. Panels refund to your panel balance. See SMM panel payment methods.
